Based on new discoveries regarding how the body works, EFT has proven successful in improving all kinds of emotional, health and performance issues. It can quickly eradicate anxieties, fears, pain, trauma, procrastination, addictions, weight problems, illness and much more. EFT is a very effective, yet gentle, method of bringing about change and often works where nothing else will. Sometimes EFT produces results in just minutes which is one of the reasons it is the fastest growing branch of psychology today.
EFT balances the body’s energy system with a tapping procedure which stimulates points on the face and body. Restoring the balance of the energy system neutralizes emotional conflicts at their source, which then allows the body and mind to heal.
